Do you take walk ins?
Yes, but we advise making reservations.
Do I have to make bookings?
On weekends, we recommend making a reservation.
Why do you need my card details?
We use card details to secure bookings; they are held in case of a no show or late cancellation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 24 hours before reservations. A no show or late cancelation is subject to £20 charge per person.
Why do I have to give my email address?
To send booking confirmation and our policies.
How much time do I have on my table?
2 hours.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, but there is a cake charge of £10.00 per cake also we serve it for you.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes, balloons and banners. No confetti.
Can I bring my own wine or bottle?
No.
Is your meat halal?
Yes.
Do we have Vegan, Jain Options in your menu?
Yes, we have some options, also we prefer you to speak to one of the staff before ordering.
Do you have a kid’s menu?
No. However, we do have certain dishes which can be made very mild for children.
Are children allowed?
Yes. However, all under 21's must leave to leave the premises by 21.00 on Friday and Saturday Nights.
Is there any parking?
Yes. There is limited parking space on site. Please DO NOT park on Heath road, De Sails Road and Paget Road as these roads are for residents only. Parking is available opposite Tamara Lounge on the single yellow bus lane after 18:30‬, as well as the slip road in front of Tamara Lounge
Is there a dress code?
Dress Code is for weekend is smart casual. No white sports trainers, no tracksuits or no hoody’s.
What happens if I am running late?
We hold tables for 15 mins. Please always try and inform us in any case.

Do you do large group bookings for 50 people?
Yes, we do.
Shisha Lounge
Can I book a table?
Yes, only our VIP booths are reservable with an advanced deposit at the time of the booking. minimums spend of £50.00 per person applies for VIP booth bookings. Other than that Shisha Lounge works on a first come first serve policy for walk in clients.
How much time do I have?
90 minutes.
How many shisha's do we have to get?
1 shisha shared between 2 people with drinks.
Does the Shisha Lounge have a Dress Code?
No, however we encourage a smart casual dress code.
With out having shisha can we sit in the shisha lounge for food and drinks only?
No
Can I just have dessert outside in the Shisha Lounge.
No, unfortunately you must have Shisha when sitting in our Shisha Lounge.
Can we bring Dogs in the Garden.
Unfortunately not.
Can we have Lebanese Menu at 12.00 noon?
Yes, Saturday and Sunday we serve the Lebanese Menu from 12pm, but Monday to Friday is from 3.00pm.

No, However for Special Events we do.
